In addition, if you buy or sell a ticket, we will collect financial information from you (e.g., your credit card number and expiration date, billing address, etc). Wherever Company collects Personal-Data we may make an effort to provide a link to this Privacy-Policy. By voluntarily providing us with Personal-Data, you are consenting to our use of it in accordance with this Privacy-Policy. If you provide Personal-Data to this Site, you acknowledge and agree that such Personal- Data may be transferred from your current location to the offices and servers of Company and the authorized third parties referred to herein positioned in the United States or anywhere else.

Business Transfers:

Event-Planners:

"Event Planners" are registered users who use the Company-Services to create, manage, promote and/or sell tickets to an event online and / or via mobile. When you buy or sell tickets on our Site or via use of other Company-Services, you consent to our providing your Personal-Data to the Event Planners of the specific event for which you have registered. We share this information with these Event Planners so they can contact you about the event or other events you may be interested in and / or to notify you about the current the event which you have signed up or RSVPed or bought tickets / items.

Legal Requirements:

Company may disclose your Personal-Data if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to (i) comply with a legal obligation, (ii) protect and defend the rights or property of Company, (iii) act in urgent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of the Site or the public, or (iv) protect against legal liability.

Your Choices:

You can use the Site without providing any Personal-Data. If you choose not to provide any Personal- Data, you may not be able to use certain Company-Services. For instance, in order to open a BoomSet account, or buy or sell tickets, your Personal-Data will be required. At any time, you can choose to no longer receive future communications from us. You can "opt out" of receiving Company newsletter emails by logging in, clicking on "Account" and following the instructions to "email preferences." You may modify your choices at any time in your BoomSet account. In addition, each communication we send you will contain instructions permitting you to "opt out" of receiving future communications by clicking on the link at the bottom of the email that says "unsubscribe." It may take up to 48 hours for us to process an unsubscribe request. You can also unsubscribe from Event-Planner emails. Please note that if you unsubscribe from receiving Event-Planner emails, you will no longer receive emails from the particular Event-Planner, but you will still get order confirmations and newsletters from Company. If you unsubscribe from all Company emails, you will no longer receive any communications from Company.

Exclusions:

This Privacy-Policy does not apply to any Personal-Data collected by Company other than Personal-Data collected through the Site. This Privacy-Policy shall not apply to any unsolicited information you provide to Company through this Site or through any other means. This includes, but is not limited to, information posted to any Public-Areas of the Site, such as bulletin boards (collectively, "Public-Areas"), any ideas for new products or modifications to existing products, and other unsolicited submissions (collectively, "Unsolicited-Information"). All Unsolicited-Information shall be deemed to be non-confidential and Company shall be free to reproduce, use, disclose, distribute and exploit such Unsolicited-Information without limitation or attribution.

Children:

Company does not knowingly collect Personal-Data from children under the age of 13. If you are under the age of 13, please do not submit any Personal-Data through the Site. We encourage parents and legal guardians to monitor their childrenʼs Internet usage and to help enforce our Privacy-Policy by instructing their children never to provide Personal-Data on this Site without their permission. If you have reason to believe that a child under the age of 13 has provided Personal-Data to Company through this Site, please contact us, and we will endeavor to delete that information from our databases.
